General Terms and Conditions

Great Earth Scandinavia AB, corporate registration number 556372-9010 ("Great Earth"), registered address: Ersbogatan 10, 802 93 Gävle, operates the website www.greatearth.se ("the Website"). Through the Website you can purchase products from Great Earth. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders of products that you as a consumer complete on the Website. By completing your order, you accept and agree to comply with the Terms. Great Earth reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Any amendment will be published on the Website and will apply from the time you have accepted the Terms by placing a new order, or 10 days after Great Earth has informed you of the amendments (for example in connection with a subscription). The provisions of, among other legislation, the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts apply to all purchases made by consumers via the Website.

Great Earth processes your personal data in accordance with Great Earth's Privacy Policy.

Order and Purchase Agreement

By completing an order, you accept these Terms. A purchase agreement is only concluded once your order has been confirmed by Great Earth via an email confirmation to the address you provided when placing the order.

Fair Use Policy for Purchases and Subscriptions

We reserve the right to refuse orders or restrict the ability to shop with us if we suspect abuse of our services. Abuse refers to behaviour that violates applicable law, these Terms, or the purpose of our offers.

Examples of such behaviour may include:

  • systematic exploitation of offers or benefits in a manner not intended,

  • repeated or abnormal purchase and return patterns indicating abuse of our services,

  • providing false information or acting in a manner that may constitute fraud.

Our subscription offers, including any discounts, are intended for customers who wish to receive recurring deliveries of our products. We reserve the right to restrict access to subscription offers in cases of behaviour indicating that subscriptions are being used solely to obtain one-time discounts, for example by repeatedly starting, pausing, or cancelling subscriptions without intending to fulfil more than one delivery.

Any assessment is always made on an individual and objective basis.

This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or other rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Prices and Fees

All prices stated on the Website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including value added tax (VAT). Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen shipping method, invoice arrangement, instalment payment, and for uncollected parcels. The total cost of your order is calculated automatically based on your selections and is presented before you complete the order. Any incorrectly stated prices may be corrected in connection with Great Earth's confirmation of your order to your email address.

Payment

Payments on the Website are made via Great Earth's partner Klarna Bank AB (publ) (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) ("Klarna"). Through Klarna you are offered the payment options of card payment, invoice, instalment payment, and direct bank transfer. Great Earth does not charge any additional fee for any of the payment options. Klarna may charge fees for payment options but will state this at the time of purchase.

For card payments, the following cards are accepted: Mastercard and Visa.

For payment by invoice or instalment, you need to provide certain personal information which is used by Klarna to identify you. The information required for identification may vary between different purchases and customers. By submitting information at checkout, you also accept Klarna's terms and conditions.

For payment by invoice or instalment, Klarna will perform a credit check, but this does not affect your credit rating and is not visible to others who request credit information, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna will show you the options available to you. For invoice payment, a 14-day payment period applies. Delivery

Great Earth offers the following shipping options:

PostNord Varubrev – To your letterbox

The parcel is delivered to your letterbox during the day. Great Earth is not responsible for weather conditions that may complicate delivery to your letterbox. Great Earth is also not responsible for the dimensions of your letterbox, mail slot, security box, or property box. If the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, it will be delivered to your nearest collection point, and you will be notified via the PostNord App and by SMS/email.

PostNord MyPack Collect – Collect from a service point

The parcel is delivered to a PostNord service point. You will be notified via the PostNord App and by SMS/email.

  • SATURDAY DELIVERY to service points. PostNord delivers to service points Monday–Friday throughout the country. In Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, PostNord also delivers to service points on Saturdays.

PostNord MyPack Home – Home delivery

You will be notified via the PostNord App and by SMS/email, where you can choose the day and time for your delivery and whether you want your parcel delivered to your door or to a PostNord service point. Track your parcel in real-time with a map feature, information on delivery time, and the number of stops before yours.

Delivery Time

Normal delivery time is 1–5 working days from when we have confirmed your order by email. For orders placed during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the holiday. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact our customer service at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or by phone on 026-611980 and we will assist you. Should Great Earth for any reason be unable to deliver your order and has notified you of this, you have the right to cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service as above.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels delivered to a collection point will be returned to Great Earth if not collected within 7 days of you being notified of their arrival. If this occurs, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200 to cover costs related to Great Earth's administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Uncollected parcels are not normally considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please note that Great Earth delivers only to addresses in Sweden.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods and is valid provided the item is returned to Great Earth in a substantially unchanged condition. This means you must not use the product, remove labels, or break any seals. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to Great Earth in its original packaging.

Email us at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or call 026-611980. We will need the following information:

  • a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note, or invoice)

  • b) your name and contact details

  • c) the quantity and names of the products you wish to return

Great Earth must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cancellation period has not expired before the goods are sent back. We recommend returning items via Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs according to Posten's price list and is responsible for the item until it reaches us. Returns cannot be sent as cash on delivery or with reply-paid postage.

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact our customer service immediately at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or by phone on 026-611980. Describe the fault in as much detail as possible. If we cannot resolve the issue, you are of course entitled to make a complaint and receive a replacement. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions we provide.

A complaint to Great Earth must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, and no later than 3 years after delivery.

Great Earth follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).

A dispute between Great Earth and a consumer can be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes for resolution. The address of the National Board for Consumer Disputes is Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, and their website is www.arn.se. As a last resort, disputes may be resolved by a general court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

Force Majeure

Great Earth is not obliged to fulfil a purchase agreement or subscription if fulfilment is hindered due to an event beyond Great Earth's reasonable control (e.g. changes in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic, or other extraordinary event). These circumstances release Great Earth from any obligation to pay damages, and if the circumstances have lasted for more than two months, both you and Great Earth have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Price and Product Information on the Website

Great Earth strives to ensure that the information on the Website is always accurate, but reserves the right for sold-out items and any typographical or image errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices, incorrect discount codes, and incorrect stock information. Great Earth further reserves the right to correct such errors and to amend or update information at any time. All image information should be viewed as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to represent the exact appearance or nature of the product.

Subscription Terms

General Information about Subscriptions

A subscription means that the customer enters into an ongoing agreement for recurring delivery of a selected product or products from Great Earth at the delivery interval chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

The subscription runs until further notice and continues automatically until the customer cancels the subscription in accordance with these Terms.

Subscription Content and Delivery Interval

When taking out a subscription, the customer selects:

  • which product is to be delivered,

  • quantity,

  • and delivery interval (e.g. every 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.).

Information about the current product, delivery interval, and price is always shown at checkout, in the order confirmation, and on My Pages.

The first delivery takes place at the time stated at the time of order. Subsequent deliveries are made automatically at the selected interval.

Price and Payment – Subscriptions

The subscription price is stated per delivery and includes VAT. Any shipping costs are stated separately before purchase.

Payment is made in connection with each delivery according to the chosen payment method. Payment may be charged a number of days before delivery to allow for order processing and dispatch.

If a discounted price applies for the first delivery, this is clearly stated at the time of purchase, together with the price applicable from subsequent deliveries onwards.

Great Earth reserves the right to adjust the price. In the event of a price change, the customer will be informed in advance by email and has the right to cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.

Automatic Renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed after each delivery period. This means that new deliveries will take place until the customer cancels the subscription.

No minimum term applies unless otherwise expressly stated. The customer can make changes to the subscription on My Pages up until the day before a new order is processed. The customer can see when the next delivery is planned on My Pages.

Amending the Subscription

The customer has the right at any time to:

  • change the delivery interval,

  • switch product,

  • change the delivery address,

  • or update payment details.

Changes must be made no later than the day before the next order is to be dispatched. The customer can see when the next delivery date is planned on My Pages. Changes made after this time may take effect from the following delivery.

Pausing the Subscription

The customer can temporarily pause their subscription via their customer account on My Pages or by contacting customer service. The customer can reactivate their subscription on their customer account via "My Pages" on the Great Earth website.

During a pause:

  • no deliveries will be sent,

  • no payment will be charged during the pause period.

Cancelling the Subscription

The customer has the right to cancel their subscription at any time free of charge.

Cancellation can be made:

  • via the customer's logged-in account, or

  • by contacting Great Earth's customer service.

Cancellation takes effect immediately, provided the customer does so no later than the day before a new subscription delivery is processed. The customer can see when the next delivery is planned on My Pages. If cancellation occurs after an order has already been processed, delivery may still take place and the cancellation will apply from the next delivery period.

Upon cancellation of the subscription, a confirmation will be sent to the customer's email address.

Right of Withdrawal

When entering into a subscription via a distance contract, the customer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period runs from the day the subscription agreement is entered into.

If the customer has received a delivery before exercising the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal applies to the goods in accordance with applicable legislation. For food supplements subject to health and hygiene considerations, the right of withdrawal may lapse if the seal has been broken.

Great Earth's Right to Amend the Subscription

Great Earth reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the subscription where necessary for technical, commercial, or production reasons.

Such changes may relate to:

  • adjustment of delivery dates,

  • substitution of equivalent packaging or pack size,

  • or other changes that do not materially affect the content or value of the subscription.

For material changes, such as changes to the product's content, price, or the scope of the subscription, the customer will be informed in advance by email. The customer then has the right to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.

Changes that are to the customer's advantage may be implemented without prior approval.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Products

If a product included in a subscription is temporarily or permanently out of stock, Great Earth reserves the right to:

  • temporarily postpone the delivery, or

  • offer the customer an equivalent replacement product.

The customer will be informed by email in such a case and given the opportunity to:

  • accept the replacement product,

  • wait until the product is back in stock, or

  • pause or cancel the subscription free of charge.

If the product has been permanently discontinued and no equivalent replacement product is available, the subscription will be cancelled. Any payments made for products not yet delivered will be refunded.

Termination of Subscription by Great Earth

Great Earth reserves the right to cancel a subscription in cases such as:

  • non-payment,

  • suspicion of fraud,

  • or if the product is discontinued from the range.

The customer will be informed by email in such a case. Payments already made for products not yet delivered will be refunded.

Confirmation and Documentation

Upon taking out a subscription, a subscription confirmation will be sent by email. The subscription confirmation contains information about:

  • that the purchase relates to a subscription,

  • the selected product,

  • delivery interval,

  • price,

  • and how the subscription can be amended or cancelled.

The customer is encouraged to save the order confirmation.

Contact Regarding Subscriptions

The customer can always manage their subscription when logged in on My Pages. For questions about the subscription or assistance with amendments, pauses, or cancellations, the customer can contact Great Earth using the contact details provided on the website and in the subscription confirmation.

Reviews

By submitting product reviews on the Website, you grant Great Earth the right to publish them on the Website and in other channels and media. Great Earth also reserves the right not to publish and/or remove submitted reviews.
