Some things are harder to digest than others. Digestive enzymes are heat-sensitive, which means they are easily destroyed during cooking. Other factors that can affect digestion include age, stress, poor gut health, a one-sided diet and poor sleep. That’s why we put together our Meal Enzymes, which contain a total of nine different digestive enzymes that, among other things, digest fat, carbohydrates, fibre and protein. The product is also completely vegan, and therefore suits both those who do and those who do not eat animal products.

Meal Enzymes are a broad enzyme supplement to take daily or as needed to support digestion. It contains a blend of 9 different enzymes from plant sources only and supports the breakdown of carbohydrates, protein, fat, lactose and fibre-rich vegetables.
Take 1–2 capsules daily with meals.
