Find your favourite products on our website, visit the product page, choose how often you'd like your supplements to be delivered automatically, and check out as usual. You'll receive a subscription confirmation at the email address you provided.

Getting started with your subscription:


  1. Go to the product page of the item you'd like to subscribe to and select Subscribe & Save 10%.

  2. Choose your delivery interval. Select how often you'd like to receive your product, then add it to your shopping cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming that your subscription has been activated, along with information on how to manage it.

Change, Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

In My Account, you can easily manage your subscription. Update your delivery frequency, pause your subscription, or cancel it whenever you like.

Browse our website and find the product you'd like to subscribe to. On the product page, you can choose between making a one-time purchase or subscribing with automatic deliveries at your preferred interval.

Based on the product's recommended daily dosage, we'll suggest a delivery interval that ensures you don't run out. If you use the product more or less frequently, you can simply choose a shorter or longer delivery interval to suit your needs.

Once you've made your selection, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout as usual.

To purchase a subscription product, you'll need to sign in to your account or create one during checkout.

You can choose your preferred delivery interval on the product page when starting a new subscription, or change it at any time in My Pages if you already have an active subscription.

We've suggested a selection of delivery intervals on each product page based on the product's recommended daily dosage. Simply choose the option that best matches how often you use the product.

All suggested delivery intervals are based on use by one individual. If you share the product with your family, we recommend creating a separate subscription for each person to ensure everyone receives the right amount.

The product page shows the price of your subscription based on the delivery interval you choose.

Payment is processed automatically with each delivery. For example, if you've selected a 4-week delivery interval, your products will be shipped automatically every four weeks, and the payment will be charged to your chosen payment method when your next order is processed.

When you subscribe, you choose how often you'd like your products to be delivered. The available delivery intervals vary depending on the product and its recommended daily dosage. For example, you may be able to choose deliveries every 30, 60, or 90 days. Simply select the delivery interval that suits you best on the product page.

Once you've completed your purchase, your subscription products will be delivered automatically according to the interval you've chosen.

If you'd like to change your delivery frequency—for example, from every month to every other month—you can easily do so in My Pages.

You can also log in to My Pages at any time to see when your next subscription delivery is scheduled.

When you start a subscription, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription, including your selected delivery interval and subscription price.

You can also sign in to My Pages at any time to view and manage your active subscriptions. From there, you can change your delivery interval, pause or cancel your subscription, and see when your next delivery is scheduled.

If you prefer not to use My Pages, or if you're experiencing a temporary technical issue, you're always welcome to contact our Customer Service team. They'll be happy to help you manage your subscription manually.

You can change the payment method for your subscription in My Pages.

Simply sign in, go to My Pages, and select Edit Subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Payment Method to add or change your payment details.

You can pause, change your delivery interval, or cancel your subscription at any time in My Pages. Once your changes have been saved, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming that your request has been processed.

If you prefer, you can also contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to update or cancel your subscription for you.
